1.- First we have an IDEA. We call that PROJECT. Sometimes it is just a thought that goes through our heads, an image, a song, a book, a phrase, a smell, a piece of news ... and wham! we catch it and we keep it somewhere resting on the head.
2.- Little by little we are specifying it, we make a first drawing, a sketch, we discard it and we draw it again. And so we give it a couple of turns and organize the ideas and the work. We divide up the tasks and suddenly I remember this song by Javier Krahe: “we take care of the sea, she takes care of the waves and I watch the tide. It's tired, that's why when night comes she rests next to me, my eyes on her side ... "

3.- We assess whether it is the right time to carry out the project and the techniques and tools that we will need.
4.- We study the elaboration times and the cost of our IDEA. (Oh, the costs! This great damn concept!) At this stage we already call it PIECE. We give the ok to the cost and bang! we run out of a euro, the PIECE sees the light and we celebrate the moment.
And while all this is happening in our heads we continue to learn, investigate, experiment and enjoy the process of creating.
Ah, I almost forgot the most important thing, in the final result of our CREATURES we do not care so much about the exclusivity that is talked about so much in jewelry, (we do not understand much about being exclusive) we care about inclusivity.
Another day I will tell you this about inclusivity in jewelry, but it is easy, it is about creating in a reflective, critical and ethical way, always based on the principles of cooperation. We create and sell jewelry to different cultures, identities, interests and expectations. Our creative reality respects differences so that you can build with us and choose the piece that defines you without excluding anyone.
Difficult to understand for those who speak of exclusivity, but when you work from this paradigm there is no return.
